If you would like to report Qualified Life Events, please email lnw@piperjordan.com

Important compliance notices related to your benefits can be found on this website in the Library. If you have questions regarding the notices or would like a paper free of charge, you can email benefits@lnw.com or call 866-693-9413

Step Two

Review Your Benefit Options

In addition to the Benefits Guide, we have helpful short videos created to help you better understand our medical plans. We also have a full benefits presentation video that goes over all of our benefits. Take a few moments to review the information yourself or with your family.

You can also contact Aetna directly with medical or prescription drug questions. You can also look up doctors in Aetna's provider directory.

Review Review Review

Once you have submitted your enrollment, you will have the option to view your Benefits Statement. We recommend reviewing the Benefits Statement to ensure elections are as intended prior to printing a copy for your records.

As you review your Confirmation Statement, here are some helpful questions to ask yourself:
Did I elect coverage in all of the benefits I wanted to elect?
Did I ensure that my dependents are properly covered in each benefit?
Did I enter the correct names, birthdays, and Social Security Numbers?
Did I check my premium totals for accuracy and comfort level?
